Hall presents earthquake research

Kelley Hall recently presented her research findings on earthquakes at the annual Murdock College Science Research Conference at Whitman College.

Hall worked this summer modeling earthquakes in the South Lake Tahoe basin; her project was sponsored by the Southern California Earthquake Center and was completed at the University of Nevada, Reno.

A 2009 graduate of Lakeside High School, she is the daughter of Queen Anne residents Diane Terry and Calvin Hall.

At Whitman, Hall is a geology-physics combined major. She is also a resident advisor (RA) and plays ultimate Frisbee.
