A planned 3-story micro housing development near Seattle Pacific University will have its first meeting before the West Design Review Board next week.

The project would replace a pair of townhouses (a duplex and triplex) and a small apartment complex with approximately 63 small efficiency dwelling units. Below-grade parking for 34 vehicles would be provided.

STS Construction Services is listed as the owner, with Atelier Drome serving as project architects.

The meeting, set for 6:30 p.m. on May 16 at the Queen Anne Community Center (1901 1st Ave. W.), will be the first of at least two presentations before the West Design Review Board. If approved on Wednesday, the project would move ahead to the recommendation phase.
