The South Magnolia CSO Control Project will begin a new phase of work starting Monday, March 24 to establish utility connections to the facility site. The site is just south of the Magnolia Bridge at 23rd Avenue West.

During this phase of the project, the contractor will install: an underground power line from near Palisades Restaurant, a water line connection under 23rd Avenue West and a sewer pipeline. The pipeline will connect the site to the King County's existing South Magnolia Interceptor. That work will be at night, with some ramp closures.

Starting March 24, expect intermittent traffic delays and one-lane traffic near 23rd Avenue West and West Marina Place. Watch for flaggers and use cation when going through the area.

King County will send email notifications and updates will also be available online at http://www.kingcounty.gov/environment/wtd/Construction/Seattle/SMagnoliaCSOStorage.aspx
