Permit applications

321 W. OLYMPIC PLACE (3016955) for a Land Use Application to allow two three-story structures (one two-unit and one four-unit townhouse structure) in an environmentally critical area. Parking for seven vehicles to be provided. Existing structure to be demolished. Environmental Review includes future unit-lot subdivision. The following approval is required: SEPA environmental determination. (This project is subject to the Optional DNS Process (WAC 197-11-355) and Early DNS Process (SMC 25.05.355). This comment period may be the only opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of this proposal.) Building and demolition permits may be needed but were not included in this application. 2608 23RD AVE. W. (3018194) for a Land Use Application to subdivide one development site into four unit lots. The construction of residential units is under No. 6375271. This subdivision of property is only for the purpose of allowing sale or lease of the unit lots. Development standards will be applied to the original parcel and not to each of the new unit lots. Environmental Review conducted under No. 3015852. Existing structure to be demolished. The following approval is required: Unit Lot Subdivision to create four unit lots. Permit decisions

1407 SECOND AVE. W. (3015590) on a Land Use Application to expand a minor communication utility by adding one satellite dish antenna and one panel antenna on the roof of an existing structure (Sirius XM Radio). Project includes replacing one panel antenna and the equipment cabinet. The following appealable decision has been made based on submitted plans: Administrative Conditional Use to expand a minor communication utility in an MR zone granted. The hearing examiner must receive appeals of this decision no later than Sept. 18.

 Public meeting

901 W. McGRAW ST. (3015522) of a Land Use Application to allow a residential development with 13 three-story townhouse and rowhouse buildings, which will total 59 units in an environmentally critical area. Parking for 106 vehicles will be provided within the structures. Existing residential building (McGraw Cottage at 10th Avenue West and West McGraw Street) to remain, and five structures to be demolished. Pending a Lot Boundary Adjustment, Project No. 3017588. The following approvals are needed: Design Review; State Environment Protection Act (SEPA). A public meeting to review this application will take place Sept. 18 at 7 p.m. at Queen Anne Community Center (1901 First Ave. W.). Written and/or oral comments may be submitted at the meeting.
