This subdivision of property is only for the purpose of allowing sale or lease of the unit lots. Development standards will be applied to the original parcel and not to each of the new unit lots. The following appealable decisions have been made based on submitted plans: Design Review conditionally granted; Determination of Non-Significance with conditions (no Environmental Impact Statement required). Environmental review completed and project conditioned as applicable. This DNS is issued using the optional DNS process in WAC 197.11.355 and SMC 25.05.355. The comment period was originally published on Aug. 15, 2013, and there is no further comment period on this DNS. The hearing examiner must receive appeals of this decision no later than May 19.
