Permit applications

2121 EIGHTH AVE. N. (3017057) for a Land Use Application to allow a three-story, two-unit rowhouse structure in an environmentally critical area. Existing structures to be removed. Parking for two vehicles to be provided within the structure. Review includes future unit-lot subdivision. The following approval is required: SEPA environmental determination. (This project is subject to the Optional DNS Process (WAC 197-11-355) and Early DNS Process (SMC 25.05.355). This comment period may be the only opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of this proposal. Building permit may be needed but was not included in this application. 531 QUEEN ANNE AVE. N. (3014863) for a Land Use Application to allow a three-story structure containing commercial space and 31 residential units. Parking for 62 vehicles to be provided below-grade. Project also includes grading. Existing structures to be demolished. The following approvals are required: Design Review; SEPA environmental determination. This comment period may be the only opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of this proposal. Permit decisions

1824 11TH AVE. W. (3017206) on a Land Use Application to subdivide one development site into three unit lots. The construction of residential units has been approved under Project No. 6402175. This subdivision of property is only for the purpose of allowing sale or lease of the unit lots. Development standards will be applied to the original parcel and not to each of the new unit lots. The following appealable decision has been made based on submitted plans: Short Subdivision to create three unit lots granted. The hearing examiner must receive appeals of this decision no later than June 16.

3812 13TH AVE. W. (3015885) on a Land Use Application to allow one three-unit townhouse structure and one two-unit townhouse structure (five units total) in an environmentally critical area. Parking for three vehicles to be provided within the triplex structure. Surface parking for two vehicles to be provided accessory to the duplex. Existing four-plex structure to be demolished. The following appealable decision has been made based on submitted plans: Determination of Non-Significance (no Environmental Impact Statement required). Environmental review completed, and no conditions imposed. This DNS is issued using the optional DNS process in WAC 197.11.355 and SMC 25.05.355. The comment period was originally published on Dec. 12, 2013, and there is no further comment period on this DNS.. The hearing examiner must receive appeals of this decision no later than June 19.
