1600 W. ARMORY WAY (3017443) for a Land Use Application to allow a one-story retail building with surface parking for 103 vehicles. Review includes demolition of existing structures. The following approval is required: SEPA environmental determination. (This project is subject to the Optional DNS Process (WAC 197-11-355) and Early DNS Process (SMC 25.05.355). This comment period may be the only opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of this proposal. Building and demolition permits may be needed but were not included in this application. Written comments accepted through Aug. 20.

219 FIRST AVE. N. (3016745) for a Land Use Application to allow a six-story structure containing 45 residential units above commercial space. Parking for five vehicles to be provided. Existing structures to be demolished. The following approvals are required: SEPA environmental determination. (This project is subject to the Optional DNS Process (WAC 197-11-355) and Early DNS Process (SMC 25.05.355). This comment period may be the only opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of this proposal; Design Review. Building and demolition permits may be needed but were not included in this application. Written comments accepted through Aug. 20.

1010 FIFTH AVE. N. (3018201) for a Land Use Application to subdivide one development site into four unit lots. The construction of residential units is under Project No. 6416871. This subdivision of property is only for the purpose of allowing sale or lease of the unit lots. Development standards will be applied to the original parcel and not to each of the new unit lots. The following approval is required: Unit Lot Subdivision to create four unit lots. Water Availability Certificate may be needed but was not included in this application. Written comments accepted through Aug. 20.

2817 PROSCH AVE. W. (3017510) on a Land Use Application to subdivide one development site into two unit lots. The construction of residential units has been approved under Project No. 6375930. This subdivision of property is only for the purpose of allowing sale or lease of the unit lots. Development standards will be applied to the original parcel and not to each of the new unit lots. The following appealable decision has been made based on submitted plans: Unit Lot Subdivision to create two unit lots. The hearing examiner must receive appeals of this decision no later than Aug. 21. 

Design reviews

3427 22ND AVE. W. (3017712) of four residential structures with attached garages: two single-family residences and one two-unit townhouse. Existing structure to be demolished.

The DPD director will accept written comments to assist in the preparation of the Early Design Guidance through Aug. 20. Comments regarding important site planning and design issues for this project are welcome. Comments should be submitted to PRC@seattle.gov or City of Seattle, DPD, PRC, 700 Fifth Ave., Suite 2000, P.O. Box 34019, Seattle, WA 98124-4019.

Following the public comment period, the DPD will issue a written design guidance report. This report will consider public comment and the applicable citywide and neighborhood specific Design Guidelines and will serve as the basis for further review of the building permit. Once the applicant has incorporated the design guidance into the proposal, they may apply for a building permit. No public notice of the building permit application will be provided.
